These terms apply to your use of ladiestaylor.com and its related pages, and to anything you book, register for or buy through it. The website is run by Rahul Babu A, trading as The Ladies Taylor, from Indiranagar, Bangalore 560038, Karnataka ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

1. Using the website

You may use the website for your own personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

• break any law, or use the website to harm, mislead or harass anyone;
• copy, scrape or harvest the website's content or data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the website, our systems or other people's accounts;
• upload anything that contains viruses or malicious code, or that you don't have the right to share;
• pretend to be someone else or give false information in forms, bookings or orders.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaks these terms.

2. Our work and content

The website's design, text, illustrations, our logo and mascots, case studies, articles and other content belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share links to them, but you may not copy, reproduce, sell or reuse them, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Case studies show work we did for our clients, published with their permission. Our clients' names, logos and trademarks belong to them.

3. Taylor Charts

Taylor Charts is our editorial selection and ranking of brands we think are worth studying. The rankings, picks and write-ups are our opinion, made for commentary and education. They are not paid for (unless we clearly say otherwise), and they don't mean a brand endorses us or is connected with us.

Brand names, logos, website screenshots, images and social media posts shown in Taylor Charts belong to their owners and appear for reference and commentary. If you represent a featured brand and want a correction or would like something removed, email rauly@ladiestaylor.com and we'll look at it promptly.

4. Enquiries and projects

Information about our services, prices and timelines on the website is general and is not an offer. Branding, design, website, marketing and other client projects are governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you for that project, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

5. Calls and consultations

• You can book calls through the website. Free calls can be rescheduled or cancelled using the link in your confirmation email.
• Paid consultations are confirmed once payment is received through Razorpay. Rescheduling and refunds follow our Refunds and Cancellations policy.
• If we need to move a call, we'll offer you another time or a full refund for a paid consultation.
• Advice given in a consultation is general guidance based on what you tell us. You're responsible for the decisions you make with it.

6. Events and courses

• A registration is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation from us. Seats are limited and given in the order payments are completed.
• We may change the speakers, schedule, venue, content or format of an event or course where needed. If we cancel, you'll get a full refund. Other refunds and transfers follow our Refunds and Cancellations policy.
• Course materials, recordings and resources are for your personal use only. Please don't share, record, resell or publish them without our written permission.
• We expect everyone to be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts an event or course or behaves inappropriately, without a refund.
• Events may be photographed or filmed. Let us know at the event if you'd rather not appear.

7. Store

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
• Some products are limited editions or released on a set date ("drops"). Joining a waitlist does not reserve an item.
• We try to show products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from photos.
• Delivery follows our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds follow our Refunds and Cancellations policy.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway, under its own terms. We never see or store your full card or bank details. If a payment fails or is charged twice, contact us with your order or booking details and we'll help resolve it with Razorpay.

9. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date. You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. What you send us

Anything you send through our forms, bookings or email stays yours. You allow us to use it to reply to you, provide what you've asked for and run our business, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential information unless we've agreed to keep it confidential (for example under a project agreement). By uploading files you confirm you have the right to share them.

11. Links and embedded content

The website links to and shows content from other websites and services, such as Instagram, YouTube, Vimeo, Substack and brand websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current. Articles, write-ups and other content are for general information and are not professional, legal or financial advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Our total liability to you for any claim related to something you bought or booked through the website is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the website, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) that result.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We'll always try to resolve a problem with you directly first, so please contact us.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and the version on the website at the time you book or buy applies to that booking or purchase.
