Welcome to the new website!
We've done it again, and hopefully this time is the last time!
Hey guys!
Rauly here.
For those of you who have been following along with our journey, you know that when we started, our website was a “COOL” single landing page, and then it became a dynamic page with a whole video that felt like a livestream. These concepts were cool and those sites will always have a special place in my heart, but here’s something I learnt along the way.

User Experience is fucking important. Now, I know some of you are thinking, “That’s obvious, fucker,” but let me break it down a little more for y’all to understand. User experience matters from both sides: for the users (you guys) and for me.
Over the course of the last 4 months, we discovered the website ended up being used for more than just “Oh hi, we’re a creative studio!” It became more of “Here’s the lead generation form, here’s how you schedule a call, here’s our portfolio,” and I ended up building a site that felt like multiple static pages and didn’t come together as a whole. We’re also working on a whole new set of offerings, and they would not have been supported by the previous websites because they were just a canvas. We never built a platform.

This is what made me realize that I can’t simply build another website. I need to build a platform that can scale and help any other Taylor that joins us against the forces of evil (Stupid Fucking Brand Managers). A forms platform for campaigns, a lead hub/CRM, an events and courses manager: all things that I had thought about but kept treating as a problem for tomorrow. Tomorrow arrives quicker than most of us can imagine, and when you’re running ads and coordinating with team members for sales calls, it becomes insane.
The new website hosts a wide array of things that you can start exploring:
Our work: Self-explanatory.
Articles: We’ve got a brand new Substack, and we’ve connected it to the website!
Events: These are coming soon!
Taylorship: I love teaching, and this is my way of teaching more people about the things you need to know in the world of branding, advertising and social media.
Schedule a call: This is primarily for people who don’t want to onboard our services but would like a quick consultation on what needs to be done.
Store: Can’t speak about this just yet!
Charts: We’re creating a whole new Billboard-style page that gives people an opportunity to look at brands (not just the ones made by us).
And so much more! As you can see, the previous sites couldn’t really support all of this. So this is us, and we’ve started making a lot of new things!
That also brings us to the new branding. We’ve launched the whole new Ladies Taylor website along with our new branding and our mascot, Jataka (just go with it, I couldn’t think of another name). It’s important that, as a CREATIVE STUDIO, WE HAD A BRAND THAT FELT LIKE A REAL BRAND! More on the branding soon!

We genuinely hope you guys like the new website. I really don’t want it to just be a place for “getting new clients.” It needs to be a space for any new marketer, brand manager or agency to take inspiration and learn. While building our business, I hope we do our part in giving back to the industry as well...
SIKE, that’s a fuckin joke. IDGAF about none of that shit. This is a big money-making scandal that’s being fronted as a “Creative Agency.”
Yours Rauly,
Sincerely… (wait that not ri…)

A guide to branding that’s not written by AI
I find it funny watching people struggle to explain branding, primarily because it’s not entirely that easy to explain.
